You may return our products for any reason.

No need to deal with manufacturer; we do that for you.

Tell us, if you can, what about it didn’t delight you.  If we want you to return the item, we will notify you and provide return authorization number and instructions.

If Requested, Return the product & copy of your email to us.

No need for receipts, bar codes, packaging or such - that other merchants request.  Most important to us is why the product didn’t delight you.

We use this information to work with the manufacturers to improve their products.

First 30 days, we will refund 112% of the full purchase price.

Return shipping costs, if any, will be your responsiblity. 

After 30 days & up to 90 days from purchase, we will refund 100% of the price you paid.

we will recycle the product if it is still usable
