7" x 7" x 0.5" Synergel Dimensions Pad - The combination of Synergel and the 3D shape of the Dimensions GEL creates a pad that maintains softness under pressure while reducing shear and allowing air flow.  Place it right where it is needed or use glue or double sided tape to affix it.  Being only ½” thick - there is usually no need to cut out anything underneath.  Use on top of or under the existing covers depending on the need.  Designed to provide pressure relief wherever and however it is used.
